Additional requests will incur charges Guest & Visitor Policy All guests and visitors must present their physical, original, and valid passport or Emirates ID upon entering the premises. Visitor access is subject to hotel discretion. Damages & Liabilities • Any loss or damage to the room, kitchen items, utensils, or hotel property will be charged to the guest accordingly. Pet Policy • Pets are not allowed Cancellation, No Show Policy & Early Departure: • In order to avoid cancellation charges, 72 hours prior notice is required otherwise hotel reserve rights charge entire stay charges. • In the event of No Show, the hotel reserves the rights to charge full duration with the booked meal plan. • In the event of early departure full stay charges applicable. Check In/Check Out Policy: • Standard Check in time is at 14:00 hours. Arrival before 07 am will be charged the previous night. • Standard check out time is at 12:00 hours. Late check out is subject to availability and charges. • Late check out between 14:00 to 18:00 hours, 50% of the room charge will be applicable. After 18:00 hours a full night charge will be applicable.
