We list long-term rentals across the entire UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain — including popular communities such as Dubai Marina, Downtown, JLT, Business Bay, JVC and many more.
Yes. Browsing, searching, and contacting hosts is completely free for tenants. Listing a property is also currently free for hosts while we grow the platform.

Yes. The site supports multiple languages, and you can view prices in several currencies (AED is the default). Use the language and currency switchers in the top bar.
Click Register, choose whether you're a tenant or a host, and sign up with your email. You can start browsing straight away.
On the Sign in page, click "Forgot password" and follow the link sent to your email to reset it.

After your stay or interaction, you can leave a review from your bookings or account area. Reviews help future tenants and reward great hosts.

No. We are a commission-free platform. The price you see is set by the host — we don't add booking fees or service charges on top.
Payments are arranged directly between you and the host, according to the terms shown in the listing (for example, cheques, bank transfer, or as agreed). Always get a signed contract and a receipt before paying.
It varies by listing. Each property page shows whether bills (DEWA/utilities), Wi-Fi, cleaning, or other services are included. Check the "Pricing & charges" section of the listing.
Most long-term rentals require a refundable security deposit. The amount and terms are set by the host and confirmed in your contract.
Deal with Verified hosts where possible, never pay before viewing or before signing a contract, request a video tour if you can't visit in person, and keep all communication and receipts. Report anything suspicious to our support team.
Use the search bar to enter a city, community, or building, then refine with filters for property type, beds & baths, price, rental period (monthly or yearly), and amenities. You can also browse listings on the map.
Open any listing and use the Call or WhatsApp button to reach the host directly, or send a message through the platform. There are no middlemen — you deal with the owner or agent directly.
You can browse freely without an account. To save properties, send booking requests, message hosts, or set up search alerts, you'll need a free account.
Click the heart icon on any listing to save it. Your saved properties appear under "Saved" in your account so you can compare them later.
Yes. Set up a Search Alert from the search page and we'll notify you when new properties match your criteria — area, budget, property type, and rental period.
On listings that accept online requests, you can send a booking request with your dates; the host then confirms or declines. For other listings, simply contact the host directly to arrange the rental.
Create a free host account, click "List your property," and complete the guided listing wizard — property type, location, photos, details, amenities, services, pricing, and payment terms. Submit it for review and it goes live once approved.
Yes, listing is currently free while the platform is growing, and you keep 100% of your rental income — we don't take any commission.
Listings are reviewed by our team for quality and authenticity, usually within a short time. Once approved, your property is published and visible to tenants.
While listing is free, every newly approved property is shown first, so new hosts get strong visibility without paying for promotion.
Yes. From your Host dashboard you can edit details, update photos and pricing, duplicate a listing, or unpublish/pause it at any time.
Submit your verification documents (ID and proof of ownership or authority) from your Host dashboard. Once our team approves them, your profile and listings display the Verified badge, which increases tenant trust and enquiries.
Tenants reach you directly via Call, WhatsApp, or in-platform messages. You manage all enquiries and bookings from your Host dashboard.
A Verified badge means the host has submitted identity and ownership/authority documents that our team has reviewed and approved. It signals a genuine, trustworthy host.
Yes. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it is published, to help keep the marketplace genuine and high-quality.
