What to expect from a monthly hotel apartment stay in Dubai Marina, pricing level, and who the area is best suited to.
Dubai Marina is the city's best-known waterfront district, and one of the most in-demand areas for a monthly hotel apartment stay thanks to its lifestyle appeal as much as its location.
A walkable waterfront promenade lined with restaurants and cafes, direct beach access nearby at JBR, and a dense supply of towers with sea or marina views make this a lifestyle-first choice as much as a practical one.
The Marina has its own metro and tram stations, and sits close to Sheikh Zayed Road for quick access to Downtown, Business Bay and DIFC — a reasonable commute for most of the city's main business districts.
The Marina commands a premium over most other areas given its waterfront position and amenity level — expect monthly rates at the higher end of the market, with the best value typically found by booking three months or more.
Guests prioritising lifestyle and walkability over the shortest possible commute, and anyone who wants a resort-like feel while based in Dubai for a month or longer.
