A practical guide to sourcing, pricing and confirming 50 hotel rooms in Dubai for a corporate team, event or relocation project.
At 50 rooms, a request usually outgrows what a single mid-size hotel can comfortably absorb without noticeably affecting its regular inventory — so sourcing becomes as important as pricing.
Some large Dubai hotels and serviced-apartment towers can genuinely hold 50 units without strain. Others can only offer a partial allocation. Ask directly: "Can you confirm all 50 rooms in this property, or only a portion?" A vague "we'll try" answer is a signal to keep sourcing in parallel rather than waiting on one supplier.
At this volume, always request a written group or long-stay quotation rather than relying on the advertised nightly rate. For a 90-night stay, the calculation is 50 units × 90 nights = 4,500 unit-nights — a number worth stating explicitly when negotiating, since it clarifies the real scale of the deal to the property.
50-room requests are common for project workforce accommodation, corporate relocation waves, and training cohorts. For these, hotel apartments or serviced apartments are often preferable to standard rooms, since employees staying weeks or months benefit from a kitchen and more living space.
Fifty rooms is a genuine procurement exercise, not a booking-form transaction. Get clarity on single-property vs split-property capacity early, and always negotiate on the total unit-nights, not the headline nightly rate.
