A guide for Chinese companies and travel agencies on booking long-stay hotel apartments and group accommodation in Dubai.
Chinese businesses and travellers visiting Dubai may have accommodation requirements ranging from individual hotel rooms to large project accommodation. For companies sending teams to Dubai, the requirement can involve dozens of rooms or apartments.
Groups may travel for business meetings, exhibitions, trade events, investment, construction projects, technology projects, tourism, corporate delegations, and market expansion.
Imagine a Chinese company bringing 60 employees to Dubai for a four-month project. The company may require 60 furnished units × 120 nights. This should be handled as a corporate accommodation project rather than individual reservations.
Large groups should consider unit availability, location, public transport, room configuration, housekeeping, kitchen facilities, internet, parking, group check-in, and long-stay terms.
Depending on the project, companies may consider Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Marina, Barsha Heights, Al Barsha, Downtown, Dubai South, Jebel Ali, and Dubai Investment Park.
Monthly hotel apartments can be useful for employees who need furnished accommodation while working in Dubai. Rather than signing a traditional residential lease immediately, employees can use long-stay hotel accommodation while their company establishes a permanent operation.
Travel agencies can submit requirements based on number of guests, number of rooms, number of nights, preferred area, room type, and budget. For example: 80 guests / 40 rooms / 60 nights / Dubai / breakfast required. This makes it easier for accommodation providers to understand the requirement.
If you are a Chinese company, travel agency or group planning a long stay in Dubai, bulk hotel accommodation can simplify planning and centralise the booking requirement.
