A guide for Indian, Chinese and UK travel agencies on booking bulk hotel rooms and apartments in Dubai for group clients.
Travel agencies frequently manage accommodation for groups rather than individual travellers. A single client may need 10 rooms, 30 rooms, 50 rooms, 100 rooms, or multiple hotel apartments.
For long stays, the challenge becomes even greater.
Travel agencies may arrange accommodation for corporate groups, family groups, tours, educational groups, medical travellers, relocation clients, sports teams, events, and business delegations.
A client staying 45 nights has different needs from someone staying three nights. The agency should ask: how many guests? how many rooms? how many nights? which Dubai area? what is the budget? hotel or apartment?
An Indian travel agency has a corporate client requiring 35 rooms, 45 nights, in Dubai, with breakfast, near Business Bay. Rather than contacting hotels individually, the agency can submit a single structured requirement to accommodation suppliers.
UK agencies may handle Dubai clients requiring family accommodation, long holidays, corporate travel, relocation, and business trips. For longer stays, monthly accommodation may be more appropriate.
Chinese travel agencies can also require large accommodation blocks for corporate delegations, business groups, trade exhibitions, leisure groups, and extended stays.
Travel agencies should look for multiple properties, long-stay options, group accommodation, fast communication, clear property information, multiple room types, flexible requirements, and professional support.
MyApartmentBooking.com focuses specifically on long-stay and monthly accommodation, making it relevant for requirements that are not well served by conventional short-stay hotel searches. The platform can be positioned around accommodation requirements of 30 nights or more, including individual long stays and larger group requirements.
Travel agencies dealing with large groups should build a repeatable process for bulk hotel accommodation. Instead of searching for one room at a time, define the entire group requirement and source accommodation accordingly.
