A guide for Indian companies, travel agencies and families on booking multiple hotel rooms and apartments in Dubai for long stays.
India is one of the major international markets connected with Dubai tourism and business travel. Historical Dubai visitor data has consistently identified India among the city's leading source markets.
For Indian companies and travel agencies, however, finding accommodation for large groups can be challenging. The requirement may not be one room. It may be 20 rooms × 30 nights, or 50 apartments × 90 nights, or 100 units × 6 months.
Indian customers may include travel agencies, tour operators, corporate companies, recruitment agencies, construction companies, IT companies, event organisers, educational institutions, medical travel companies, and relocation companies.
A company from Bengaluru sends 40 employees to Dubai for a six-month project. The company needs 40 rooms, furnished accommodation, monthly pricing, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, transport access, and proximity to the project location. This is a bulk long-stay accommodation requirement.
For longer stays, hotel apartments may offer facilities that make daily living easier. Depending on the property, these may include kitchens, living areas, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, utilities and other hotel services.
Travel agencies handling multiple clients can standardise their accommodation requests. Instead of "Please give us hotel rates," send: "We require 30 rooms for 45 nights for an Indian corporate group. Preferred areas are Barsha Heights, Al Barsha or JLT. Please provide available long-stay options." The second request gives the supplier useful information.
Indian families may also travel to Dubai for extended periods. A family group could require multiple studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, connecting rooms, or nearby units. For families staying one or more months, hotel apartments can be a practical option.
Do not compare only the room price. Compare total stay cost, room size, location, transport, kitchen, housekeeping, internet, utilities, taxes, deposit, cancellation, and extension policy.
Dubai hosts international conferences, exhibitions and incentive programmes, creating accommodation requirements that can involve large numbers of rooms during peak event periods.
If you are based in India and need multiple accommodation units in Dubai, start with your exact requirement. The more precise your request, the easier it becomes to identify appropriate properties.
